Subscription Terms

Seller and billing identity

Innov8ion.AI subscriptions are sold by Innovation Partners Inc., doing business as Innov8ion.AI. Charges, invoices, and receipts may identify Innovation Partners Inc., Innov8ion.AI, or both. Card and bank statements are expected to display INNOV8ION.AI, subject to formatting by the customer’s financial institution.

Prices and access

Weekly AI Advantage is USD 49.95 per month or USD 495.00 per year. Monthly AI Advantage is USD 179.95 per month or USD 1,795.00 per year. Monthly AI Advantage Plus is USD 199.95 per month or USD 1,995.00 per year. The Plus introductory annual offer is USD 1,495.00 for the first year, renewing at USD 1,995.00 per year. Production introductory enrollment dates will be set at launch. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The amount displayed by Stripe is charged when the purchase is completed. Each subscription includes the purchaser’s seat. Additional seats cost USD 19.95 per month or USD 145.00 per year for Weekly AI Advantage, USD 49.95 per month or USD 445.00 per year for Monthly AI Advantage, and USD 59.95 per month or USD 495.00 per year for Monthly AI Advantage Plus. Additional industries cost USD 19.95 per month or USD 195.00 per year for every paid plan. Each add-on can have its own billing cadence. Additional industry coverage and organization seat purchasing are not available yet. These add-ons are planned for after launch. A Weekly AI Advantage subscription includes Daily Briefings. A Monthly AI Advantage subscription includes Weekly AI Advantage and Daily Briefings.

Membership and member benefits

An active paid subscription makes you a Member of Innov8ion.AI. You are also a Member when you engage Innov8ion.AI for paid services. Your subscription identifies the publications and access you purchase; your membership includes the benefits associated with your subscription level or paid-service agreement.

Member benefits include complimentary eBooks and access to future products and resources designated for your membership level, as they become available. The content, resources, and opportunities available to you depend on your subscription level, selected industry coverage, or the membership benefits included in your paid-service agreement.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual price and interval selected at checkout until canceled. The payment method on file is charged at the beginning of each renewal period. Advance notice of a price change will be provided when required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Member Account page and the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that date. To turn off automatic renewal, open your Member Account billing options, choose “Turn off automatic renewal,” and confirm cancellation in the secure billing portal. No phone call is required. Turning renewal off does not delete your Member Account or remove access already paid for. The portal confirms the change, and your Member Account shows the updated status after billing synchronization. You can turn automatic renewal back on before the paid period ends; doing so authorizes recurring billing to resume at your renewal price and interval. Turning renewal off applies to the selected subscription. Any separately billed subscriptions or add-ons must be managed separately. Charges already incurred remain payable.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time. Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be corrected. If we materially fail to provide purchased access and do not correct the problem within a reasonable period after notice, we may provide an appropriate refund or account credit.
